Job Description
Gimi Michi is a fast-growing FMCG brand originating from IIM Ahmedabad, dedicated to bringing bold, authentic Southeast Asian flavors to everyday meals conveniently and affordably. The Senior Executive – Talent Sourcing and HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent sourcing, recruitment, and HR operational activities to support a growing FMCG organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves proactively sourcing candidates, managing job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection processes. The role includes overseeing HR operations such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and supporting employee lifecycle processes. The Senior Executive will assist in employee engagement initiatives, coordinate HR documentation and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and systems. The position requires close partnership with leadership to ensure timely staffing, smooth HR operations, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates across various channels, manage job postings, and screen applications.
Coordinate end-to-end interview processes and partner with hiring managers on candidate selection.
Oversee HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, file maintenance, and full employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations across teams.
Utilize HRMS platforms and AI tools to optimize recruitment and operational workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Hands-on proficiency with Zoho People, MS Office Suite, and modern AI tools.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, onboarding workflows, documentation, and compliance activities.
Prior experience in FMCG or fast-growing consumer brands is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
This position is an on-site role located in Gurugram, Haryana.
