Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations for the organization, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant people practices. This full-time on-site role based in New Delhi involves administering HR policies and procedures, driving recruitment and employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating performance management processes. Additionally, the specialist will handle employee benefits administration, assist with payroll inputs, address staff queries professionally, and partner with management on personnel matters and workforce planning requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and implement company HR policies, workplace guidelines, and standard operating procedures
Support end-to-end talent acquisition, interview coordination, and candidate screening
Manage complete employee onboarding, induction, and new hire documentation processes
Maintain accurate personnel files, employee databases, and attendance and leave records
Coordinate the employee performance management lifecycle and appraisal reviews
Handle employee benefits administration, vendor coordination, and related recordkeeping
Assist finance with accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and attendance data
Respond to employee queries, handle workplace relations, and resolve issues promptly
Ensure strict compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal standards
Partner with leadership on organizational personnel matters, role structuring, and workforce planning
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage
Strong background in Human Resources management with hands-on experience in full-cycle HR operations
Proven ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR policies in alignment with statutory standards
Working knowledge of employee benefits administration, vendor handling, and documentation
Proficiency in personnel management, HR recordkeeping, and employee lifecycle workflows
Sound knowledge of local Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, verbal, and written communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and strict handling of confidential information
Prior experience in an event management, design, exhibition, or creative agency environment is a plus
