Job Description
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll and related modules. Handle configuration and support for RBP, Time Off, IAS/IPS, Story Reports, MDF objects, data models, workflows, business rules, alerts, notifications, and position management. Work on data migration, cutover planning, SIT/UAT testing, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and third-party systems. Configure Time Off and absence management processes and support IAS/IPS integration with Azure AD and SSO setup. Conduct client workshops, lead requirement gathering, and deliver high-quality SAP SF solutions aligned with business needs. Prepare project plans, documentation, and test strategies while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
