Hiring Assistant Manager – HR for Mumbai location (PAN India HR Generalist role) with strong ownership of HR operations and processes. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment management such as requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer processing, joining coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. Managing HR data accuracy, employee documentation, HRMS (Keka HR), and audit readiness across the employee lifecycle. Handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, salary changes, reimbursements, deductions, and monthly payroll coordination. Managing statutory compliance including PF, gratuity, insurance, and employee benefits. Supporting HRMS operations, employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full and final settlement. Assisting in performance management cycles, HR MIS reporting, dashboards, audits, employee engagement, HR communications, and process improvement initiatives.
