Trijog is hiring an HR Executive / HR Generalist for an on-site role in Powai, Mumbai. This full-time position handles end-to-end HR operations, specialized talent acquisition for mental health and clinical roles, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement within the healthcare and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for psychologists, counsellors, sales, operations, and support roles using job portals, LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and professional networks.
Oversee onboarding workflows, offer letters, background verification, induction, and exit formalities including full-and-final settlements.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
Share monthly payroll inputs with accounts and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and POSH guidelines.
Run probation reviews, annual appraisal cycles, employee engagement activities, and manage grievance handling.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on HR experience with strong recruitment exposure (background in wellness, healthcare, EAP, or startups, and experience hiring psychologists or healthcare professionals preferred).
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance frameworks, HRMS platforms, and payroll input processing.
Competencies: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or PGDM in HR preferred); clear communication skills and complete discretion with confidential information.
