Evoma (hiring via Hustekbs) is looking for a proactive HR - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Bengaluru. This full-time position focuses on handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and employee grievance handling.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout.
Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and HRMS records.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance and manage performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and exit formalities.
Prepare monthly HR MIS reports (headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition) and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Key Expertise: 3–6 years of HR experience in operations, recruitment, payroll, and lifecycle management; hospitality/service industry experience is an added advantage.
Education: MBA / PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management preferred.
Language & Technical Skills: Mandatory fluency in Kannada; proficiency in HRMS and MIS reporting.
Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle short-notice joining.
