We are urgently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Executive in Learning and Development for a prominent organization in the healthcare domain. This role is based in Gurgaon Sector 39 with a hybrid work structure and involves PAN India travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work: The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the complete end to end new hire onboarding and induction process to ensure a smooth joining experience for all employees. You will plan, design, and execute various employee engagement activities and organizational culture initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
The role involves coordinating comprehensive training programs, managing training calendars, handling employee nominations, and taking care of all training related logistics. You will manage and maintain detailed training records, track the effectiveness of learning interventions, and measure training outcomes.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with human resources teams, business leaders, internal trainers, and external learning partners. You will gather structured employee feedback, monitor engagement levels, and evaluate continuous learning outcomes across teams.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing insightful MIS reports, analytics dashboards, and professional presentations using advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools.
Candidate Profile and Requirements: Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience across Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or Corporate Training functions. You should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, outstanding presentation capabilities, and strong stakeholder management expertise. Sound working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required. The ideal candidate should be creative, highly organized, people oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently, and open to traveling across PAN India locations as needed.
