AppZeb is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for an in-house, on-site role in Okhla Phase 1. This full-time position focuses on end-to-end IT recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF), employee lifecycle management (from onboarding to Full & Final settlements), and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) and post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other platforms.
Source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate final interview rounds and assessments, and achieve hiring targets.
Coordinate with manpower consultancies, educational institutes, and prospective candidates.
Handle payroll processing, salary slip generation, attendance tracking, PF documentation, and employee records.
Manage employee engagement programs, inductions, and HR policy communication.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, promotion letters, and termination letters.
Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and relieving letters.
Maintain HR documentation and coordinate background verifications.
Requirements
Key Expertise: Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience in Delhi NCR, alongside hands-on experience in payroll processing and salary slip preparation.
Technical & Sourcing Skills: Strong candidate sourcing skills and proficiency in LinkedIn networking.
Competencies: Good communication, coordination, documentation skills, and the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multi-faceted responsibilities.
