Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global healthcare and pharmaceutical organization to identify a Manager - HR Operations & Analytics for their India operations. This role will be responsible for driving HR operations excellence, strengthening HR data governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced people analytics and HR systems management. Key Responsibilities include driving HR data accuracy, governance, and reporting excellence, developing dashboards and analytics using Power BI/Tableau, generating workforce insights related to attrition, hiring, and performance metrics, and partnering with stakeholders on HR transformation and process improvement initiatives. Ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR Operations and People Analytics with mandatory experience in Workday implementation/projects along with expertise in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel.
