Job Description
Archer Technology Advisors is hiring Technical Recruiters to join its US Staffing team. The role involves end-to-end technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management for US-based staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US staffing recruitment activities from sourcing to candidate closure.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, selection, and offer-related activities.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring documentation.
Work closely with internal recruitment and business development teams to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely submission and closure of candidates against assigned requirements.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain productivity standards.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
Location: Agra & Noida, Onsite
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 3 Months–5 Years
Industry: US Staffing / IT Recruitment
