Tech Center India at ZF Group plays a key role globally in advancing talent across E-Mobility, ADAS, Integrated Safety, Vehicle Motion Control, and Digitalization domains.
As Senior Manager - HR Business Partner, you will advise leadership on workforce planning, organization design, change management, employee relations, and HR analytics-driven decision making. You will partner with Compensation & Benefits on compensation, promotions, and workforce risk management.
You will lead capability building initiatives including leadership development, high-potential (HiPo) programs, succession planning, and digital learning adoption. The role involves driving assessment and development centers, blended learning models, and fostering a continuous learning culture.
You will strengthen employee engagement across the lifecycle through surveys, leader-led action planning, recognition programs, employee resource groups, communication forums, and engagement events. You will also play a key role in shaping organizational culture by embedding values, driving behavioral alignment, and enabling leader-driven communication across white-collar and shopfloor teams.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring process excellence, governance, and compliance; driving DEI initiatives including diversity hiring and inclusion programs; and strengthening internal communication through structured messaging, townhalls, digital campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.
The role requires strong HRBP expertise, leadership development experience, data-driven decision making, and ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing HR digital platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
