This role is accountable for managing the lifecycle of the extended/contractual workforce across PAN India, comprising associates delivering critical services such as network installation and retail sales. The position requires strategic business partnering with business leaders and managing a large workforce ecosystem of approximately 8,000β12,000 associates.Β Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with business heads to identify and address workforce requirements across geographies.
Independent Productivity Partnering: Work closely with leaders to drive workforce productivity in an optimal manner.
Partner Ecosystem Management: Coordinate with staffing partners to fulfill mandates and ensure seamless onboarding aligned with functional requirements.
Manage end-to-end associate lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, performance, grievance handling, attrition, and exit processes in collaboration with agency partners.
Design Thinking & Solutioning: Develop scalable workforce solutions through design thinking and proactive problem-solving.
Grievance Handling: Address associate grievances effectively to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Attrition Management: Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
