MediaX is looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in HR and recruitment within a marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition and hands-on experience hiring for creative and digital marketing roles.
The role involves managing talent acquisition activities while working closely with the leadership team on people operations and building scalable hiring processes to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Source, screen, and hire candidates across Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, Content, Video, and Web roles.
• Partner with leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Build and improve scalable recruitment processes.
• Support people operations and HR initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience within a marketing agency is mandatory.
• Experience hiring for digital marketing and creative roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
