The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions at the plant level in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, training and development, and ensuring smooth workforce operations.
The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles, coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes, and support manpower planning and budgeting. The role also includes overseeing payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
The HR professional will handle shop-floor employee grievances, disciplinary actions, industrial relations, and union handling wherever applicable. The role involves conducting employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, implementing KPI/KRA systems, supporting appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.
Responsibilities also include identifying training needs, organizing skill development programs, maintaining training records, ensuring HR documentation, following company policies and SOPs, and preparing HR reports and MIS.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance, good communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Candidates should have 3ā5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant HR with exposure to factory setup, audits, compliance inspections, and handling blue-collar workforce. Strong leadership skills, team management ability, integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are required.
