We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support technology hiring across the Europe and UK markets from India. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technology talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective stakeholder collaboration.
The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sourcing and talent identification for technology roles across Europe and the UK.
• Leverage job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational expectations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards with accurate and timely updates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices within the Europe and UK regions.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements while maintaining quality standards and process compliance.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment with significant exposure to Europe/UK hiring.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring technology talent across different skill sets and seniority levels.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to work according to Europe/UK business hours and support international recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting discipline, and process orientation.
• Experience recruiting niche and emerging technology skill sets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
