We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for passionate Technical Recruiters who are interested in building their careers in IT hiring. The role involves identifying, engaging, and hiring top technology talent while managing end-to-end technical recruitment activities across different technology stacks.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other sourcing platforms. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
The position also focuses on providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
