The company is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst based in Hyderabad to manage global Learning and Development operations, learning systems, reporting, compliance, vendor management, and employee learning experiences. This role partners with HR leadership, HR Technology, Learning Operations, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence across global learning initiatives. The company operates in the enterprise software support and managed services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage ISO and compliance Learning and Development operational processes while ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities. Lead global training and event coordination across multiple time zones including annual and quarterly training calendars, scheduling, learner communications, and trainer support. Manage intake, prioritization, tracking, and fulfillment of learning and professional development requests while partnering with business stakeholders and executives. Administer Workday Learn and Highspot learning platforms including learning pathways, course management, reporting, learner support, content updates, issue resolution, and system optimization. Track enrollments, completions, attendance, workshop outcomes, and learning utilization while producing reports, dashboards, summaries, and trend analysis. Create and improve pre-workshop and post-workshop communications while ensuring learners have access to schedules, course materials, and learning resources. Administer learner surveys, analyze feedback, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Maintain learning libraries, documentation repositories, learning records, and course materials. Manage vendor relationships, subscriptions, software licenses, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and external contract coordination. Lead quality assurance and audit activities for training programs, review learning materials, document findings, and maintain Learning and Development standards. Maintain the Learning and Development roadmap, communicate project priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and operational metrics. Serve as a subject matter expert for Learning and Development systems, reporting, processes, communications, and operational standards. Research learning technologies, tools, and best practices to improve learner engagement. Support learning delivery through Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Teams while identifying opportunities to streamline recurring processes. Lead and contribute to Learning and Development projects, reporting enhancements, process improvements, program launches, and learning technology initiatives.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent English communication skills. Progressive experience in Learning and Development, HR Operations, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design. Minimum 5 years of experience in training, HR, Learning Operations, or related functions with systems administration responsibilities. Minimum 3 years of Learning Management System experience preferably using Workday Learn. Experience managing end-to-end operational processes, reporting, workflows, and learning programs. Experience collaborating with HR Technology teams, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, and internal training teams. Strong project management, process management, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, dashboards, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning technologies, and Learning Management System administration. Experience working in a global organization and supporting multiple time zones is preferred. Experience in a technology or engineering organization is preferred.
