HSBC is inviting applications from fresh graduates to join the Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Specialist Apprentice for a duration of 12 months. Banking. 10000+ employees.
This role forms part of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for driving excellence in the sourcing function. The selected candidate will work closely with HR teams and business leaders across the organization while acting as an advocate for Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver sourcing assignments including Executive Search support, talent mapping, talent pooling, succession planning, and hiring for open positions.
Proactively source, screen, and build talent pipelines through internal databases, LinkedIn, external job boards, and web searches.
Develop and execute sourcing plans for specific hiring assignments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HSBC's proactive sourcing capability and recruitment effectiveness.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and regional developments relevant to business requirements.
Design and implement customized recruitment campaigns for key hiring initiatives.
Partner with Resourcing Specialists and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from market research and job briefing to interviews and offer management.
Ensure the Employee Value Proposition for assigned recruitment campaigns is clearly defined and effectively communicated.
Meet all recruitment metrics and sourcing deliverables.
Provide valuable input to the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team on sourcing strategies and key initiatives.
Ensure effective utilization of HSBC CRM tools, recruitment resources, and talent engagement practices.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
Bachelorβs Degree or Post Graduation from a UGC recognized University with mark sheets and provisional or degree certificate.
Fresh graduates within 0 to 5 years of completing their Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
Candidates must not have completed any Government regulated apprenticeship previously.
Basic knowledge of full cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Professional presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Familiarity with AI enabled tools will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Information:
The apprenticeship tenure is one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 as amended from time to time.
All apprentices will be registered on the NATS portal.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will receive a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Government of India as applicable under the Apprenticeship Act.
