Tata Starbucks is hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer – Operations (Off-Roll). The position can be based out of Mumbai, Pune, or Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline operations roles. Responsibilities include hiring Baristas, Shift Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other store operations positions. The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels, executing sourcing strategies, participating in campus drives, recruitment events, field hiring activities, maintaining recruitment data using MS Excel, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in QSR, Hospitality, Retail, or other frontline hiring environments. Candidates should possess experience in hiring store operations roles, hands-on knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and MS Excel, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The role requires a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a field-based recruitment environment.
