Prakom Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join the growing team at Kondapur, Hyderabad. The role requires a skilled HR professional who can manage recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and payroll coordination while supporting organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry with strong expertise in Non-IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. The candidate should have knowledge of Statutory Compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws along with experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and support business requirements.
Handle Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Manage employee relations and address employee concerns effectively.
Coordinate payroll activities and ensure smooth HR processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. MBA in HR or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
