The position requires experience in US IT Recruitment with the ability to manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for US IT recruitment requirements.
Work on different tax terms and visa types.
Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements.
Use job portals and sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Maintain client and candidate relationships.
Work with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS environments.
The ideal candidate should have 1-8 years of experience in US Recruitment with hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment. Candidates should have knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with sourcing techniques. Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, or VMS will be an added advantage.
