Soliteck is hiring an experienced Senior IT Recruiter for a leading IT Product-Based Company in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role requires a skilled recruitment professional with strong experience in pure IT recruitment and handling end-to-end hiring for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networking.
Screen and evaluate technical profiles based on hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pure IT Recruitment is required.
Candidates with experience only in Non-IT Recruitment, BPO Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, BFSI, Healthcare, or other Non-IT domains will not be considered.
Strong experience in hiring Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Full Stack, and other IT or Technology roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be highly preferred.
