Position: HR Manager / HR Generalist

Work Mode: Full-Time
Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
Gender: Female
Responsibilities:
Manage the complete HR function and end-to-end employee lifecycle. Handle recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and HR policies. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, KRAs, KPIs, appraisals and performance reviews. Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives and deductions. Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace initiatives. Manage exits, F&F coordination and exit interviews. Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports and dashboards. Support manpower planning and coordinate directly with management on HR matters.
Eligibility:
5+ years of relevant HR experience with strong hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions and experience independently managing the complete HR function. Strong recruitment and HR Operations background with knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement and grievance handling. Experience in Digital Marketing, Medicare, US Staffing, BPO, IT Services, Lead Generation or other US-focused industries preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, MS Excel, HR MIS and recruitment portal skills required. Candidates from small/mid-sized organizations with end-to-end HR responsibility preferred.
