The organization serves a wide range of clients including sports federations, broadcasters, rights holders, news networks, and public sector organizations and has been part of major global events such as the Olympic Games, FIFA tournaments, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, IPL, ISL, WPL, and major television productions and studio setups. The company operates across outside broadcast operations, systems integration, equipment hire, and content creation, with a growing presence in media services and upcoming ventures in security, surveillance, defense solutions, and consumer businesses. The Chief People Officer role is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the overall people strategy, organizational development, governance, and long-term human capital planning across the enterprise. The role involves acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and board, aligning HR strategy with business objectives across multiple business verticals. It includes leading organizational design initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance while driving transformation, change management, and scalability across the organization. The role is responsible for HR due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration, compliance, and governance in domestic and international expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities include building leadership capability, mentoring HR and business leaders, strengthening talent acquisition strategies, and developing future-ready leadership pipelines aligned with business growth. The position also focuses on designing and implementing learning and development frameworks to upskill and reskill employees while identifying future skill requirements across digital, functional, and leadership domains. It involves driving organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and embedding data-driven HR practices to support inclusive and high-performance workplace environments. The role requires building a strong performance management system, enhancing accountability, and driving a merit-based, high-performance culture across the organization. Ideal candidates should have 15–20 years of experience with significant exposure to HR leadership roles such as CHRO or Deputy CHRO in services or consumer industries, along with experience in organizational consulting, transformation, and large-scale HR operations. An MBA in HR from a Tier 1 institute is mandatory, with an engineering background preferred. The candidate must have proven experience in managing large teams, leading enterprise-wide transformation, M&A integration, international expansion, and strategic HR governance.
