The role involves sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, Apna, Shine, Foundit and other recruitment portals, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, maintaining daily recruitment trackers, interacting with external staffing vendors and supporting core HR operations. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience, with HR or recruitment internship experience preferred. English and Kannada proficiency is required. The opportunity includes hands-on recruitment training, mentorship and a structured path to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance.
