The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the organisation's strategic growth. The selected candidate will lead talent acquisition initiatives, develop recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines and partner with business leaders to meet hiring objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, monitoring recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, leading and mentoring the talent acquisition team, building a collaborative and high-performance culture, identifying and using multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events and educational partnerships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment expertise, strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders, continuously improving recruitment processes, tools and technologies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and recruitment standards, driving employer branding initiatives, representing the organisation at job fairs and industry events and analysing recruitment data including hiring progress, time to fill, cost per hire and other key performance indicators to support data-driven hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Applicants should have proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry, along with strong leadership, team management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
