Aliens Tattoo is one of India's most recognised premium tattoo brands with a strong vision to expand its franchise network to 100 studios across India and selected international markets. The company is focused on building high-performing teams that support its rapid business growth and long-term expansion plans. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the organisation attracts, hires and retains exceptional talent across multiple business functions.
The selected candidate will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements to successful candidate onboarding. The role requires partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, creating effective sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, conducting structured interviews, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Recruitment will cover operations, customer experience, sales, marketing, creative, leadership and emerging business functions.
Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment funnel from requisition to joining, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements beyond standard job descriptions, developing sourcing strategies that consistently attract high-quality candidates, actively sourcing talent through LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, job portals, social media and talent communities, conducting structured interviews to evaluate capability, cultural fit, ownership mindset and values alignment, managing recruitment pipelines to achieve hiring timelines, providing transparent communication and timely follow-ups to candidates, maintaining recruitment data and workflows using Zoho Recruit, tracking recruitment metrics including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness and Quality of Hire, preparing recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership, driving employee referral programmes and employer branding initiatives and continuously improving recruitment systems, standard operating procedures, workflows and hiring processes to support business scalability.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment with accountability for hiring outcomes rather than administrative activities. Candidates should possess strong sourcing expertise, the ability to identify and engage passive candidates, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, experience using recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring performance, confidence in influencing hiring managers and decision-makers and a strong focus on hiring quality. Experience with Zoho Recruit or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred. Experience recruiting for customer-facing, sales, operations, creative, retail, hospitality or fast-growing startup environments will be an advantage. Tattoo industry experience is not required.
