Salad Days is hiring a Senior Executive - Human Resources to manage recruitment and HR business partnering activities across assigned regions.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR professional who can manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering responsibilities, including bulk hiring, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities with focus on bulk hiring for stores and expansion projects.
Drive recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, position closure, joining ratio, and hiring quality.
HR Business Partnering:
Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and retention.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance and support people development initiatives.
Track HR metrics including attrition, attendance, training, and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
4–7 years of HR experience with 2–3 years of bulk hiring experience.
Experience in Retail, QSR, Hospitality, FMCG, Logistics, or Manufacturing preferred.
Strong understanding of HRBP activities and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR analytics, MIS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools like Keka, Darwinbox, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
