Vextrium Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in recruiting and supporting offshore teams across the construction and information technology sectors. The role requires a highly organised, commercially aware HR professional who can build reliable talent pipelines, manage recruitment operations, support workforce planning, and handle end-to-end HR activities for a growing offshore delivery business.
The selected candidate will take complete ownership of recruitment, HR operations, and workforce planning activities from sourcing and assessment to onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and retention initiatives. The role involves working closely with management and operational leaders to ensure the organisation has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
The candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, hiring, and retaining high-quality professionals supporting international clients across construction, engineering, estimating, software development, and technology services.
Key Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment across construction and IT functions, building talent pipelines for junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership positions, and developing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, universities, and specialist networks.
The role involves managing multiple vacancies, candidate pipelines, interview processes, assessments, and follow-ups while ensuring timely communication and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The candidate will coordinate technical assessments with construction and IT subject matter experts and evaluate candidates based on technical capability, communication skills, reliability, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work with international clients.
The HR Business Partner will maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, workforce plans, and employee records. The role requires forecasting hiring requirements based on client demand, project pipelines, business growth, and resource utilisation.
Responsibilities also include managing offer processes, reference checks, onboarding, probation reviews, employee confirmations, and offboarding activities. The candidate will develop structured recruitment processes, interview scorecards, SOPs, templates, and checklists to improve hiring efficiency.
The role will support managers with performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, improvement plans, attendance management, leave coordination, payroll inputs, and employee documentation. The candidate will also create employee engagement, recognition, career development, and retention initiatives.
The position requires tracking HR and recruitment metrics including time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, probation success, and employee retention. The candidate will provide management with reporting on vacancies, staffing requirements, capability gaps, recruitment risks, and HR priorities.
The candidate will recruit for various Construction and Engineering roles including Construction Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Planners, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Services Engineers, Architects, BIM and Revit Modellers, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Design Coordinators, Construction Administrators, Client Relationship Managers, Quality Assurance Professionals, and Technical Reviewers.
The candidate will also recruit for Information Technology roles including Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Front End Developers, Back End Developers, Mobile App Developers, QA Engineers, Test Engineers, UI UX Designers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, IT Support Specialists, Automation Engineers, AI Engineers, Technical Project Managers, Product Managers, and Solutions Architects.

Essential Experience:
Proven experience recruiting for offshore, outsourcing, BPO, KPO, global delivery, or remote professional services teams.
Demonstrated recruitment experience across construction-related and IT roles.
Experience sourcing technically skilled professionals in competitive talent markets.
Understanding of offshore delivery models and supporting international clients.
Experience recruiting for clients in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, or the United States is preferred.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining candidate quality.
Experience building proactive talent pipelines beyond traditional job advertisements.
Experience managing complete employee lifecycle activities.
Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment reporting, and HR operations.
