Job Description
Buckeye Global IT is hiring a US IT Recruiter for its onsite teams in Noida and Bengaluru. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with experience in US IT hiring who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and functional roles. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging top talent, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements across multiple technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment processes for technical and functional positions.
ā¢ Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
ā¢ Handle recruitment for domains including Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, ERP, Networking, Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Creative roles.
ā¢ Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements to identify suitable candidates.
ā¢ Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
ā¢ Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
ā¢ Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.
ā¢ Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
ā¢ Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
ā¢ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ā¢ 1ā5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
ā¢ Strong experience hiring technical and functional IT professionals.
ā¢ Experience recruiting for Energy and BFSI domains is preferred.
ā¢ Good understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and recruitment processes.
ā¢ Excellent sourcing, communication, and candidate relationship management skills.
ā¢ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
ā¢ Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
ā¢ Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Candidate:
ā¢ Recruiters with experience in US staffing and IT recruitment.
ā¢ Candidates with exposure to Energy and BFSI hiring requirements.
ā¢ Professionals who can independently manage recruitment delivery while maintaining quality hiring standards.
ā¢ Candidates willing to work onsite from Noida Sector 63 or Bengaluru HSR Extension locations.
