Job Description
Flysofts is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter for its Gurugram location. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong recruitment experience in the Textile, Garment, Export House, and Manufacturing industries. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partner with business leaders for workforce planning, and build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment for textile manufacturing, garment, export house, and corporate functions.
ā¢ Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and manpower planning.
ā¢ Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
ā¢ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on business requirements.
ā¢ Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
ā¢ Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and niche positions.
ā¢ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
ā¢ Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
ā¢ Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
ā¢ Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ā¢ 3ā6 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
ā¢ Proven recruitment experience in Textile, Garment, Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Apparel, Export House, or Manufacturing industries.
ā¢ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
ā¢ Good understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition practices.
Preferred Candidate:
ā¢ HR professionals with hands-on experience in textile/manufacturing recruitment.
ā¢ Candidates capable of handling both operational and strategic recruitment responsibilities.
ā¢ Professionals who can build effective talent pipelines and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
