Vegroww is hiring a Talent Acquisition Plant professional for its Hyderabad location. The role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for a construction chemicals manufacturing business and ensuring timely hiring of critical talent across sales, plant operations, projects, R&D, quality, procurement, finance, HR, administration and corporate support functions. The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders and the HR Operations team to drive recruitment strategy, build strong talent pipelines and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
The position focuses on building a dependable hiring engine for corporate, plant, technical, projects and sales roles while reducing hiring turnaround time through effective sourcing, screening and interview coordination. The recruiter will create role-wise talent pools for recurring positions in sales, quality, production, R&D and projects, improve candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and pre-joining engagement and maintain recruitment MIS, hiring funnel visibility and weekly hiring reports.
Key responsibilities include partnering with department heads to understand manpower requirements, converting hiring needs into clear job descriptions and sourcing plans, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer release, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, local networks, campus hiring and direct outreach, screening candidates based on experience, industry exposure, compensation fitment, notice period, location preference and career stability, coordinating interview schedules and feedback, supporting offer discussions and salary negotiations, managing recruitment consultants, maintaining recruitment trackers, handling pre-joining engagement and documentation and supporting employer branding initiatives including job postings, referral programs and candidate communication.
The role will recruit for sales and business development positions in construction chemicals, admixtures, waterproofing, flooring, repair systems and project sales, technical and application support roles, manufacturing positions across production, maintenance, stores, quality and dispatch, R&D, laboratory and technical services roles and corporate functions including finance, procurement, customer service, HR and administration.
Candidates with experience using Odoo HR and Recruitment modules and Darwinbox HRIS are preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, applicant tracking, recruitment workflow management, onboarding support, HRIS reporting, data management, workflow configuration and stakeholder training where required.
Applicants should possess strong recruitment execution skills with at least 5 years of hands-on hiring experience. Experience in construction chemicals, manufacturing, industrial products, building materials, chemicals or related industries is highly preferred. Strong sourcing capability, stakeholder management, recruitment reporting, communication skills in English and familiarity with Telugu or Hindi for local hiring will be an advantage. Candidates should have experience hiring for Hyderabad or Telangana manufacturing organizations, be comfortable working onsite and be capable of independently managing both volume and niche technical hiring requirements.
