The company is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join its HR and Recruitment team. In this role, every hire directly contributes to project delivery and engineering quality. The selected candidate will work closely with department heads across Design, Project and Production functions while managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned business portfolios.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions across grades E1 to E5 and M-band. The candidate will source talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, campus drives and walk-in recruitment. Responsibilities also include screening resumes, coordinating interview panels, scheduling multi-stage interview processes, preparing and posting job descriptions aligned with the company's grading framework, maintaining applicant pipelines using ATS and ZingHR, negotiating offers within approved compensation structures and supporting leadership and campus hiring initiatives.
The role also involves maintaining recruitment trackers, headcount dashboards and monthly HR MIS reports while tracking hiring turnaround time, offer-to-join ratios and recruitment source effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment in a manufacturing or engineering environment, have experience with job portals including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and be capable of understanding engineering job profiles such as Design Engineer, Project Engineer, PLC Programmer and Service Engineer. Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Filters are essential for HR reporting and data management.
