Job Description
EWAC Alloys Limited is hiring a Paid HR Intern for its Mumbai office. The company operates in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Welding Solutions industry with over 500 employees. The internship duration is 3 to 6 months and is suitable for candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. The intern will assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting onboarding and joining formalities, updating HR trackers and databases, preparing letters, reports, and presentations, coordinating with different departments for HR-related activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives and events, and performing general HR administrative tasks as assigned. Candidates should have good verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, a basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment, good organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and professional email communication skills. Preferred skills include knowledge of Microsoft Excel basic formulas, familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. During the internship, candidates will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation and record management, corporate communication, coordination, and HR systems and reporting.
