Job Description:
Design, implement, and manage HR policies including employee handbook, leave policy, code of conduct, POSH policy, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
Set up and manage HRMS to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and HR operations.
Oversee statutory compliance, POSH/ICC framework, audits, and labour law requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact with labour authorities and compliance consultants.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management cycles, including goal setting, calibration, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Lead employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture-building programs.
Manage monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and payroll vendors.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop the annual Learning & Development (L&D) calendar.
Required Skills:
8ā12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Keka, SuccessFactors, or similar.
Expertise in HR policies, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and L&D.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior experience in a GCC, MNC, or Shared Services environment will be an added advantage.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must currently be based in Hyderabad. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
