If you have strong expertise in Global Benefits Administration, stakeholder management, payroll benefits, and HR operations across multiple geographies, this opportunity is for you! Key Requirements: ✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Benefits Administration ✔ Experience handling multiple geographies and global employee benefits programs ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Ability to lead employee sessions and interact with diverse audiences confidently ✔ Hands-on experience with Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow ✔ Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end global benefits administration across regions ✅ Handle health insurance, wellness, pension, and payroll-related benefits ✅ Manage vendor coordination, SLA/KPI tracking, and governance calls ✅ Conduct employee onboarding and benefits awareness sessions ✅ Work on reporting, MIS dashboards, analytics, and compliance tracking ✅ Ensure data validation, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives ✅ Collaborate with HR, Finance, leadership teams, and external vendors globally Looking for professionals with excellent problem-solving skills, global exposure, operational excellence, and the flexibility to work across time zones.
