Manager HR Operations role for Muthoot Finance based at Corporate Office, Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru. This position is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations for the South Region covering Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role involves managing high-volume HR operations for 3,000–10,000+ employees in a BFSI environment and requires strong expertise in payroll, statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities include ownership of end-to-end payroll processing including validation of attendance, leave, new joinees, separations, LOP and salary revisions, payroll reconciliation, payslip generation and coordination with banking partners, ensuring zero-error payroll execution and reduction of payroll grievances. The role also includes ensuring 100% statutory compliance across PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, bonus act and minimum wages act, managing statutory filings such as PF ECR, ESI returns, PT challans and Form 16/16A, handling labour inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with state-specific labour laws across South India. Additional responsibilities include managing complete employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, BGV coordination, HRMS ID creation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, separations, full and final settlement, exit clearance and issuance of relieving and experience letters. The candidate will also manage HR systems, MIS and reporting including headcount, attrition, payroll cost and compliance dashboards, HRMS data management and audit support. The role involves handling employee grievances related to payroll and statutory issues, ensuring SLA-based resolution, and coordinating with HRBPs, TA teams, finance and accounts for smooth HR operations. Candidate must be MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred full-time) with 4–8 years of HR operations experience in BFSI, banking or NBFC industry and exposure to high-volume payroll of 3,000+ employees.
