Job Description
2COMS Consulting is hiring a Campus Recruiter - Delivery for a leading MNC. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team and contribute to end-to-end campus recruitment activities. The position is offered on a 6-month contract payroll with 2COMS Consulting.
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the end-to-end campus hiring process, building and maintaining relationships with universities, placement officers, and internal stakeholders, collaborating with business leaders to drive campus hiring strategies, gathering market intelligence and analyzing hiring trends, preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience through onboarding. The role also involves travelling for campus hiring drives, assessments, and engagement activities.
Candidates should have excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills along with knowledge of the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications is required. Candidates should be willing to travel across locations and be flexible to work in a general shift from the office. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
Eligibility includes BA / B.Com graduates, with MBA (HR) preferred. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment can also apply. Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered.
