Job Description
CIEL HR Services is hiring an Executive HRBP for Bangalore and Chennai on a third-party payroll basis. The role is suitable for dynamic HR professionals who can support business operations by driving end-to-end HR processes, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR compliance. The selected candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. The role will involve partnering with business leaders to support workforce planning and manpower requirements, building strong relationships with employees and business stakeholders, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities include handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations; driving employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and HR interventions; monitoring attendance, leave management, workforce productivity, and HR compliance; and preparing and maintaining HR MIS, dashboards, headcount reports, attrition reports, and workforce analytics.
The candidate will also ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and labor laws, support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, HR Generalist, Employee Relations, People Operations, or Workforce Management. Experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, or Last Mile Operations will be preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidates should have good knowledge of employee lifecycle management, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices, along with proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.
Required languages include English and Hindi as mandatory. Kannada is mandatory for the Bangalore location, while Tamil is mandatory for the Chennai location.
