Job Description
DBMI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join its recruitment team in Gurugram. The role requires a proactive, tech-savvy, and Gen-Z-oriented recruitment professional who can independently manage hiring activities, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures while delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.
The role involves Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management, including sourcing high-quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal references, and social platforms. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle covering sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, salary discussions, offers, and onboarding coordination.
The position will handle major hiring requirements for non-IT roles such as Inside Sales, Business Development Manager (BDM), Marketing, Customer Success, Academic, and Finance positions, with approximately 60% of hiring focused on Field Sales. The candidate will be responsible for 100% ATS adherence and process ownership.
Key responsibilities include talent sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and headhunting through Naukri and LinkedIn; ensuring TAT adherence and timely hiring closures; managing hiring SLAs; maintaining strong stakeholder and hiring manager relationships; and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
The candidate should provide a smooth, respectful, and professional interaction at every stage of hiring while consistently representing the organization's values, culture, and employer brand. Strong verbal and written communication, excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, and effective stakeholder management are required. The candidate should be capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight timelines.
The ideal professional should be comfortable using modern tools such as ATS, automation, AI, Notion, and Slack, should learn quickly, solve problems independently, and demonstrate high learning agility. Openness to feedback and evolving hiring practices is expected.
