A leading educational institution / university based in Delhi NCR is hiring for a strategic Senior HR Leadership role. Key responsibilities include Strategic HR Leadership, Leadership Hiring and Talent Management, Organizational Development and Culture Building, Benchmarking and People Practices, Thought Leadership and External Relations, Governance and Advisory Support, Stakeholder Management with Leadership Teams, HR Governance and Compliance Management, Policy Alignment, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, HR Digitization and Process Improvement, Advisory Support on Strategic People Matters, and building leadership pipelines for long-term institutional growth. The role also requires collaboration with academic and administrative leadership teams.
The ideal candidate should have 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to universities, educational institutions, or diversified groups with education verticals. Candidates should possess strong expertise in leadership hiring, organizational transformation, HR Strategy, OD, stakeholder management, governance frameworks, and HR digital systems. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for this leadership position. Preferred age group is 40–50 years.
