Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on HR professional who can lead HR operations, drive people initiatives, strengthen HR processes, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise:
1. HR Operations & Governance: Oversee end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Drive onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, employee movements, and exit formalities.
3. HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee benefits, and related processes.
5. Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, employee confirmations, and performance improvement initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive engagement initiatives, address employee grievances, and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
7. HRMS & Process Improvement: Lead HRMS utilization, streamline workflows, and drive automation and continuous improvement in HR processes.
8. HR MIS & Analytics: Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics to support management decisions.
9. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and department heads on people-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational requirements.
10. Team Management: Guide and develop the HR team, establish process accountability, and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational execution.
