Pure Organic Zone is hiring a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, vendor management, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
HR & Employee Management:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Monitor employee login/logout hours, punctuality, and attendance records
- Coordinate employee performance reviews, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Support payroll inputs and HR policy implementation
AI Skills & HR Automation:
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for HR tasks
- Create AI-assisted job descriptions, recruitment messages, interview questions, and HR documentation
- Use AI to screen and organize candidate information with human review
- Automate repetitive HR tasks, reports, and employee communication
- Use Excel and AI tools to analyze attendance, recruitment, and workforce data
- Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency through technology
Vendor Management & Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and business partners
- Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and database maintenance
- Follow up on product availability, pricing, pending payments, and vendor concerns
- Maintain professional relationships and ensure timely issue resolution
- Assist in onboarding new vendors to support business growth
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage
- Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or vendor management is an added advantage
