Job Description
Resolver, a Kroll Business, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Hyderabad office with a hybrid work model requiring in-office collaboration once or twice a week. Resolver is a high-growth SaaS company focused on transforming risk management into risk intelligence through innovative no-code platforms. The role involves supporting hiring across North America and partnering closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor. Approximately 50% of the role will support hiring efforts across Kroll.
The candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer management. Responsibilities include building strategic relationships with hiring teams, sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and events, while ensuring a strong diversity and inclusion focus. The role also includes driving talent acquisition initiatives, employer branding, participation in networking events, and improving recruitment processes globally. Candidate will collaborate with global teams and support technical and commercial hiring requirements.
Preferred candidate should have 3-5 years of recruitment experience in both agency and corporate environments with expertise in technical hiring, ATS tools such as JobVite or Oracle Recruiting Cloud, stakeholder management, DEI hiring strategies, and fast-paced recruitment environments.
