NIDO Group is hiring a dynamic and business-focused HR Business Partner who can bridge the gap between People Strategy and Business Strategy. The HR BP will partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to build a high-performance culture, strengthen organizational capabilities, develop talent, and drive strategic people initiatives that contribute directly to business growth.

Role Purpose:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership and functional teams to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. The role will focus on organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, talent management, leadership development, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, and strategic people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & People Strategy
Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
Develop workforce strategies aligned with business growth and operational requirements.
Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.
- Talent Management & Leadership Development
Identify critical talent and high-potential employees.
Drive succession planning, career development, and talent retention initiatives.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
Support competency mapping and career progression frameworks.
- Training & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with functional heads and managers.
Prepare and implement the Annual Training & Development Plan aligned with business and capability requirements.
Identify skill and competency gaps and design appropriate development interventions.
Coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
Drive Leadership Development Programs for emerging and existing leaders.
Develop employee capability through coaching, mentoring, workshops, and structured learning initiatives.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance evaluation.
Maintain training records, training calendars, budgets, and effectiveness reports.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Performance & Culture
Lead the performance management cycle and strengthen a performance-driven culture.
Drive goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Identify development needs through performance evaluations.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
Lead manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Monitor HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, productivity, engagement, and manpower cost.
Use HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide data-driven HR recommendations to senior management.
- Employee & Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and functional leaders.
Proactively address employee concerns and organizational challenges.
Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
What We're Looking For:
MBA/PGDM in HR, Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification.
6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
Strong experience in Strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives with business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
