Birlasoft is hiring for the role of Sr Executive - HRBP for the Hyderabad location. The HRBP Executive will serve as the dedicated Vertical HRBP, partnering closely with business managers and project managers to drive people strategy and operational excellence across the assigned vertical.
The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives while managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting regular meetings with respective business units and analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies are key responsibilities.
The candidate will drive engagement initiatives across the vertical including pulse surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, and connect sessions. Translating pulse feedback into actionable plans with managers is an important part of the role.
The role also involves serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on policies, career conversations, grievances, and employee life-cycle moments.
The selected candidate will work closely with project managers and account leads to track and improve account-specific people metrics including bench utilization, billability, span health, retention hotspots, and skill coverage while acting as the single point of contact for HR matters at the account level.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining dashboards covering critical people metrics including attrition analysis, workforce demographics, diversity metrics, and employee pulse indicators. The candidate will translate data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
Conducting deep-dive attrition analysis, identifying root causes, and partnering with managers on targeted retention interventions is also part of the role.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and practices with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals. Leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
Preferred skills include talent management, statutory compliance, customer engagement, problem handling, project management, change management, employee relations, organizational abilities, and analytical skills.
Educational qualification required is MBA in HR with 2–4 years of relevant HRBP experience.
