PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Sr Executive - HR Ops for the Hyderabad location. The HR Ops Coordinator will be responsible for Employee Services global processes and transactions to be completed for the respective process based on the agreed service catalog and SLAs under direct supervision of the manager.
The role will be responsible for delivering standardized hire-to-retire transactions for the assigned work and will leverage required HR systems and tools to meet process requirements based out of the India GBS site. The role requires strong process orientation, SLA adherence experience, and the ability to partner with global markets to complete transactions from offshore locations while delivering agreed SLA and CSAT based customer service.
Responsibilities:
Understand the various processes leveraged by the HR Ops team. Good understanding of HR processes associated with the work handled by HR Ops team including data accuracy and integrity.
Responsible for employee database management and knowledge of various HR processes from Hire-to-Rehire in Employee Central. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
Responsible for timely service delivery as per defined SLAs and KPIs while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Accountable for data management and data accuracy.
Ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence. Ready to work on rotational shifts if required.
Qualifications:
Employee Central and SAP knowledge is mandatory. Service Now experience would be an added advantage. HR Shared Services process and SLA management experience of 2-5 years is required.
Experience in HR processes including New Hire, Rehire, Termination, and Organization Management. Service management and ticket management system experience is required.
Ability to work with different geographies and cultural sensitivity. Flexible to work on rotational shifts. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a large-scale global HR Operations or Shared Services environment.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrated track record of strong service delivery. Experience in HR processes in Employee Central and SAP systems is mandatory.
