Exotel is hiring an HR Business Partner for its Bengaluru office. Exotel is a leading full-stack customer engagement platform and virtual telecom operator serving over 6,000 companies across 60+ countries including India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The company powers customer engagement through communication APIs, omnichannel contact center solutions, and conversational AI platforms. The HRBP role is focused on partnering with tech and product teams to drive strategic people initiatives, organization design, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building activities. The selected candidate will work closely with senior business leaders to solve complex people challenges and support Exotel’s growth journey through strategic HR partnership.
Key responsibilities include partnering with tech and product leaders on workforce planning and org design, managing employee lifecycle processes, driving performance review cycles, succession planning, building career frameworks for engineering and product teams, and handling employee engagement and change management initiatives. The role also involves creating HR dashboards and analytics reports, supporting attrition analysis, compensation benchmarking, compliance management, and proactive employee retention strategies.
The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of HR experience including recent experience in high-growth startups or B2B organizations. Strong expertise in HR business partnering, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, stakeholder management, people analytics, coaching managers, and organizational development is required. The role demands a business-first mindset, data-driven approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
