Eightfold AI is hiring a University Recruiting and Operations Specialist for Bangalore location on a hybrid work model with 3 days per week office presence. This is a 1-year contract role with extension or contract-to-hire possibility. The organization is looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Operations who can manage high-impact recruitment programs with strong ownership mindset. Responsibilities include end-to-end university recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, job posting management, offer rollout and tracking, reporting, dashboard management, and coordination with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and IT teams. The role also involves campus engagement activities across Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 colleges including business, engineering, and design schools, organizing virtual and on-campus events, handling logistics and stakeholder management, internship lifecycle management, onboarding coordination, feedback management, engagement sessions, intern performance tracking, and conversion support. Additional responsibilities include employer branding initiatives, campus community engagement, social media and content support, platform maintenance, process improvement initiatives, and operational excellence across Talent Acquisition programs.
