Intileo Technologies LLP is hiring a Manager – Learning & Development for Delhi NCR location. The Manager – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning journeys that strengthen service excellence, product mastery, customer experience, and operational capability across premium and luxury environments. The role focuses on building structured, experiential, and measurable learning programs aligned to brand standards and business outcomes. Industry exposure preferred from Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Premium Manufacturing, Real Estate, Interiors, or Design-led brands. Key Responsibilities include designing role-based and tiered learning journeys across onboarding, capability building, and leadership development, enabling product knowledge, service excellence, craftsmanship, and selling effectiveness through blended and experiential learning, driving on-the-job learning (OJT), SME shadowing, and certifications, partnering with business leaders, operations, sales, and brand teams to align learning with customer experience and performance goals, managing digital learning platforms (LMS), micro-learning, and Learning on the Go (L.O.G.) initiatives, tracking learning impact through assessments, certifications, adoption metrics, and performance indicators, and managing external training partners while ensuring premium quality and consistency of learning interventions. Ideal candidate should have 7–9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Development with strong understanding of service excellence, customer experience, product enablement, or craftsmanship-driven environments. Candidates should possess stakeholder management skills, execution capability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and business-aligned mindset. Certifications in L&D, Facilitation, Customer Experience, or Coaching will be an added advantage.
